Responsibilities

We are leaning on our Core Team in four main areas as we step forward in planting Restoration Community Church.

Pray

Committing to pray regularly for salvation in our community, service opportunities for our church, and God's strength for our team

Gather

Committing to gather consistently for our events and with the core team in order to lay the foundation for the new church

Serve

Committing to serve regularly in both general ways in our city as well as through a specific role with our team

Give

Committing to give faithfully of your time and your finances to foster a culture of generosity in our church family

Expectations

We have identified 8 practices that we believe will unite our team as we share the love of Jesus on the Northshore.

You consistently practice spiritual disciplines to grow in your faith as you apply the gospel to every area of your life

You intentionally choose to be known and participate in Christian community

You look to invest in others with your time, biblical knowledge, and service

You faithfully attend core team meetings, Bible studies, and events with the church

You are proactive in finding ways to contribute and serve alongside the rest of the core team

You give generously through your offering in support of the new church

You embrace flexibility as the team adapts to new opportunities and challenges in launching the church

You willingly submit to the elders of the church and one another as we all submit to Jesus
